Excellent !!
What about music being played if any ?
Different musicians to set the mood ?
Do you have a juke box ?
Theme nights for food/dress/drinks ?
How about specially named cocktails !!!
Just some thoughts......

Thanks for the ideas! This is going to be mega
I don't think we can play music but I'll set a pretend dukebox up - will just have to think about it.
Please would you decide what the theme for tonight is. Not Mexican though - sick of that after a day in the Shepherd's Kitchen - slaving over fajitas all day!!
Right - the jukebox...........

Hi Folks
Back from my network lunch - see the R2 MB's are still down - ho hum, don't think we're going to get any of our licence fee back though!
Good meeting, and have Thai Mussels for lunch - yummie!
Could we have a book shelf please Corrie - you know when you've finished a book and you don't really want to part with it, or put it in the loft, if we had a book shelf then all our friends could read them.
Off to do some assessing of a portfolio - catch up later on!

How about a 'work' corner - sometimes I like to sit in the cafe and do some work, only thing is I have to bring the laptop, so could we have a nice big table where we can spread out a bit?
It's a lot nicer than sitting at home in the office, and I'll be surrounded by lots of wonderful people who will bring me inspiration when I'm writing a training course!
Thanks Corrie you are a

I'll hype this on our home page later - what a lovely idea. Just placed an order with the cyber computer man for 10 laptops with broadband connections. Have asked for lots of colours. Watch this space.... Oh, this is FUN

...more ideas - they seem to be just bursting out of me today!
How about a holiday bit - you know - we can have brochures from the travel agents, and a big scrap book where we can write in our jottings of places we have been - restaurants to eat at, museums to visit, the best wine to buy , all that kind of thing. So then whenever anyone is thinking, , 'where do we want to go for our holiday this year?' then we can get some first hand accounts of the places everyone else has visited.
We could also have a big clip it frame on the wall where we can put some of our holiday pictures!
Have given up with the 'other place' looks like it has finally keeled over, just hope all our friends can find us over here.

Hi BDG,
It's coming on and it's been fun. Just imagine what we'll be up to in a few weeks when we've really got the hang of this place. Please bring Fly here - I really miss her.
'The Captain's Log' is a great idea! Have you asked him about it yet?
Opening Night Tonight - shall we dress up?
Sod , would you like a I've put some on the centre table so everyone can have some as soon as they arrive?

It's me again!!!!
Can we have a sports place as well - pretty please!
We could have a TV which shows all the major events - 6 Nations, Footie, Baseball, Cricket, American Football, Hockey, Golf, FI (for me and FBN) - anything that anyone of us is interested in.
We could also have some magazines hanging around so that we can seem very knowledgable when talking to those that are!
And some websites to our favourite clubs etc so that anyone can take a peek as to what is occurring.
The FAC might come and visit us - that will be fun! - maybe I could go over there and give them an invitation, just so that they know where to find us, now we've fled from the CB!
We could have a wall filled with all our sporting memorabilia - pennnants from baseball games (1982, such a long time ago now!), International Hockey at Wembley (where?), Bath v Wasps at Twickenham - and I've got some great photos of Jonnie Wilkinson (phwah!)
Time for a cold shower and a glass of something !

Corrie, can we have our own Cyber pet. Preferably not a hamster. Eric therunning the Radio2 message boards is not up to much. He's too much of a drama queen for my liking.
