Give it another week or so, and we'll have a sea of bluebells between the trees.

Picking dandelion heads in the fields there this afternoon with my parents. They're making wine.

I miss blubells Nothing says spring in the UK to me more than the sight - and perfume - of a sea (there really isn't any other description for it, is there) of bluebells beneath the trees. I can recall laying down amid them one particularly warm and sunny day in a wood just outside Accrington and listening to a skylark. If heaven ain't like that etc etc.

Can I post you my dandelion heads, TRiG?I was de-dandelioning my two lawns yesterday!

The club isn't a closed club, so I assume non-members can see the pics. But you do need a Yahoo account. Sorry. I'd put them in my personal album and post a link, but that's Yahoo too so you'd have the same problem.
