I am sure I am not alone in having to go through the sometimes onerous task of completing "Feedback Forms" on ones work colleagues. Does anyoneone out there know which culture we have to thank for this style of management ? I hope for once I am wrong in assuming it is an American idea but, you may agree it does smack very much of the US. It leads me to my main point which is, has anyone in the past completed a feedback form on someone who reached fame and fortune ? Has anyone had to pass judgement on, say, Nick Leason, Bill Clinton, Tony Blair or Butros Butros Gali ?

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
