I noticed this, wondered if I should suggest changing the type... but read the messages and found no one else mentioned it (which surely someone else would have done if they'd seen raw code) and figured MS was up to no good again.

(No, I will _NOT_ blame my old NS version.. it works on my page! )

Aha - further research has revealed that you've got &amp;lt; and &amp;gt; for all the < >s in your code.

Ooops in the excitement of that discovery I forgot to mention that you should replace the &amp;lt; with < & &amp;gt with > thoughout.

The easy version of the Fun Run code works now - though you still have to hit the button - sorry I havent found a way to trick the parser & not trick your browser for the last bit of the code.

I have no charcters of &lt in my code. I have removed the offending item anyway as I tested it by pressing preview and there were so many guideml errors and it was way beyond my capabilities. Thanks anyway guys

Accepted - Iam not sure if this article is Guide material - Although it give an outline of what ABU's are, I am not sure if the content is what h2g2 is after - but who I am to say in the hands of the right Sub it may? - whatever it is a good article that will benifit from the views of others.

Accepted - Are you sure you want this article to go through - I must warn you, 'It will be slated'. It is everything a Guide entry does not want and will need a major rewrite to knock it into shape. It could be very funny but needs a lot of work - its up to you but I think you and many others can learn from this early entry of yours.

If I have missed yours - please let me know - Articles put on other forums will get my attention tomorrow.

Vegmeister, thankyou for giving drunk recipes a run & if the feedback helps us newbies stop cluttering the guide with a lot of well intentioned but misguided articles(i.e badly written & pointless crap)then it'll all be worthwhile {big sigh}.

No article in the guide is worthless - each has its own merits - We all (through lack of guidance) wrote crap pages when we first started, mine have improved a great deal. It's just that if you want to ensure your work becomes part of the official guide, you have to follow h2g2 guide lines. Have you read some of the rejections slips - they are posted on loony's page - just click on the crying man on my page.

Get yourself set up and go the page (link couple of postings ago) I asked and good luck
