Hmmm, I'm a bored. I noticed this habit of mine, to use expressions like "hmm" for everything I guess I'm a bit lazy with words, sometimes .

Coffee definately has a bad effect on me, I don't know what ingredient causes this, but coffee makes me feel down, and makes my mind wander aimlessly. Quite interesting, actually, what effect food and drink can have on you. Everybody knows what alcohol causes, but other things can have effects, too. So, I'm entirely blaiming the 4 I drank this morning that don#t feel very motivated or uplifted.

I enjoy these Echo & The Bunnymen cds . I especially like The Cutter, though I have absolutely no clue what the text is about . And My Kingdom is . And there is that hilarious version of the Beatles' All you need is Love , I'm not sure if it's a parody or an homage .

It's hot! What a summer, it's definately more continental wheather here. I tried to find a pair of summer shoes or sandals today, without luck. I have two pairs of high heel sandals, but they're useless in this town where you're climbing a hill anywhere you go.

I'll go finish my Sherlock Holmes book now . I laid Joseph Conrad aside after a few pages, my concentration wasn't sufficient. But I *am* enjoying Sherlock Holmes again I take such a pleasure in all these British things recently (actually, that has gone on for a long time), that I'm considering spending some holiday time in august or september in Britain...we shall see

Hmmm, deleted the "bit", but left the "a", so I'm a bored... luckily I left the d at the end of bored, otherwise that would have come across as too pessimistic Oh, seems I have accidently switched to Brunel.. The smileys don't seem so clearly drawn as in Goo But maybe my eyes are too tired. Can't sleep yet, Holmes has taken "His last Bow", and that leaves me now with either Joseph Conrad or Uni-work Ah, I see Germany will next play against Sweden. Doesn't mean anything to me, I'm just typing away now

Ah well, I'll try again to get to sleep.

Hi Chickadee! Saw a great movie last week -- Lake House. It's about two people living in the same house, only two years apart. They are able to send letters to one another and fall in love. Go see it! Oh yes, it stars Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock.

I saw an advertisement for that film, maybe I will go and see it.
