Me fine, VFRgal so so and the dogs look as though they've done a stint in Eraq (spelt as you guys say it, methinks). The old journal covers most of it.

I hwas impressed by how one day you say get in touch by e mail and the nex you've done a runner!

I don't usually have that effect!

The email thing yeh soz about that i was cut off the net for a bit had to get my pc done it was well and truellu f****d up, remember when i told you about those viruses i was getting well it realy messed my pc up sop had to get it profesionally cleaned out, so i lost my email addy and everything, so needed to start again,

Also with my health problems not been around much, to much going on with endless hospital apointments tests etc, it never seems to end, i just had a hospital apointment last week i have to go back this tuesday as well its going to be a long day tests in the morning and seeing the dr in the afternoon.

I promise it wasnt you honest, well im back in touch with you again now so no need to worry

Things not so bad this end as most my test results have came back normol, But i do have to give up smoking, Drs orders.

Im just waiting on one more test i need to have next week that will then determine whats what once and for all.

Great to hear from you MA. Really pleased with your 'normals'. (Wonder what normal really is? everyone is slightly different but hey, i digress).

We too are normal. VFRgal working lates (1500>0000 hrs) the dogs wearing battle scars. And i'm covered in burn marks from my stints in goal play 5 a side football with the lads (youngest 'lad' is 28 and only a wee baby compared to the rest of us. That's proper football played the world over, no padding or hidding on the bench. (Steelers fan, they are never sissy).

Just had a new fireplace fitted, it looks massive in our small hovel, but tidys the place up a bit. And VFRgal has been spending my hard earned on a large fridge and a freezer cos were trying to reduce the amount of processed food we eat.

Good luck with the not smoking gig. I quit every now and then but find it too easy to start again.

The company is sending me to Holland on mainland Europe for 4 days. I suppose it just like going to the next state for you guys except we need pasports and do NOT speak the same language. The Dutch (Hollanders) put mayonaise on chips (french fries to you, eh?) we go for salt, vinegar and ketchup.

My greatest concern is the formal dinner with hundreds of my peer group. I know my knives and spoons etc but a whole night of science reality after 3 days of lectures? BORING!! I'd rather go and see the real place (I've toured europe on my own (not counting Avel Du my trusty steed) and loved it. But Ive only ever spent one day in Holland and I don't speak Dutch although my (poor) French and German usually gets me out of tricky situations (Will that be bottled beer or from the pump sir?).
