Hello! Dreams are a weird thing, specially for me. 
I have also learned that you can take control from your dream. It is difficult sometimes but you can train it. It just needs concentration, and it is always hard. 
Since I think that the nightmares are the worse, it is very difficult to catch them but I have succeeded few times.
