Idea:

at least for now until we get it sorted out, use a different program.

download gaim - it's like trillian but a bit easier to use and you can use all sorts of different programs on it. http://gaim.sourceforge.net/index.php

Is very nice. I have it on this machine and I like it a lot. Only problem is that it doesn't have webcam support so far as I can see, but for now it'd be nice to just *talk* to you.

and if it is bound to the IP address - can chris or your mum use msn?
