An odd choice for the Front Page. We also have this: "... spips [sic] of the convoy in fog." That takes the biscuit for pedantry, by the time the editor had typed '[sic]' the typo 'snips' could have been corrected to 'ships', surely.

I noticed Peter and that would also have been edited by the Staffers so it got through that two. I just cannot believe they did it is all.
