this is just to let you know that i've not vanished completely 
but as most of you know i've not been very well and as of last wednesday it's gotten worse 
so much so that i was taken into hospital by ambulance in the early hours of saturday morning.
was seen round about 12 noon the next day by the 
who sent me for a chest x-ray to see if i have pnuemonia thankfully there was no sign of that so was sent home with antibiotics which i have completed and sadly i'm no better but worse infact so gonna be taking another trip tonight to casualty as this is getting beyond a joke now,so in case i'm kept in this time i just wanted to say goodbye for now to all my good friends and hopefully speak to you all again when i'm in better health.

I wish you a very speedy recovery, cos you are a dear friend to me aswell.
I hope that you get better soon and hopefully when you get back, you will be fit as a fiddle.
