I don't know about you, but that was the most I've laughed in a long time. The Time Bandits running gag--Priceless ! Did you enjoy the monkey stuff ? I'm sorry you weren't there to see a lot of it in real time. When you said "Time Bandits" (637) I really thought the jig was up. I mean--same director, same genre, a couple actors in common. That is why I bit my lip (660).
I've got another movie in mind but I need to pop the disc in an glean some good quotes from it. I'll get it ready it ready and then lay low for a while so people don't get fed up with me.

I'm glad you enjoy the wacky-ness and I must say you've overnight become an invaluable member of the lounge. I rented Munchauser so as to watch it again tonight because obviously it's been too long.

Thanks for saying so. I just love that movie. I had gotten all my quotes before my daughter woke up but when, she did she reminded me of her favorite:

I'll bet you could find a dozen more. I think that of all of Gilliam's films, it is the most visually stunning; you could take almost any frame of it and blow it up and, well, frame it. Thanks again for letting me play.

Just watched it again. Soooooo good. I'd forgotten just how great it is, especially the way Death is portrayed as the death of immagination, brilliant.

I was just going to get on, post some stuff and get off. "Death of the imagination"--it never entered my mind.
