The name? It's my version of the Twilight Zone. The episode It's the Good Life. The little boy Anthony Fremont had those powers and everyone had to think good things about him. I think if he were a girl, his name would be Angelica. It's sort of a Rugrats reference, too...but mostly Twilight Zone.
