Cricket kinda grows on you when you've got a son who's mad about it and rugby is a way of life here in Wales so no choice but to like it 
plus my son plays for the local village team anyway

Have been around just not posting so much the last couple of weeks..........been kinda lurking and taking a back seat
Am good except for a sore and swollen ankle.........I missed the bottom step going down to my back door and landed in a heap 
......took me 5mins to get up and then another 5 to hobble into the house .......felt such a fool 
.......am soooooooooooooo glad it was dark and nobody saw me 
.......and no, I wasn't drunk!!!!

I decided that had I been drunk I probably wouldn't have hurt myself so badly
Nope nothing broken.....went to hosp and had x-rays.......just torn ligaments apparently but it's still 
painful! Did it last Saturday night and it's still swollen and sore

so the moral of the story is don't venture out unless you're drunk then
you'll have to take things easy for a bit ... you need that big strapping son on of yours fetching and carrying for you 
... hope it feels better soon tho

ive been having a really rough time over the school holidays and i havent felt like being chatty and fun.
so hopefully i will be back more now.
