Thank you Lilly, I will be starting a training course this Thursday and I doing volunteer charity shop work every Tuesday morning and on Fridays I go on an organised walk through an urban riverside park. I hope you are keeping well and that the weather is not too bad where you are.

Kat you have been busy! yep Plymouth is sunny again gorgeous weather today realy warm already. Ive been busy the family have grown up and im a nan now to Alexandra who will be one in August. She is a darling totaly adore her. I had my Thyroid out two years ago and the one remaining side is Overactive so i might be facing another op as its not responding to treatment. Apart from that everyone is well and doing fine. So hows H2 these days? seems awfull quiet here! I guess like me everyones moved to facebook. Hows things with you? hows your parents? last time we spoke must have been over two years ago in here sweetie. love and hugs Liz xxxxxx

Congratulations on becoming a nan and Alexandra seems to be a very sweet and adorable toddler at 1. I am now a great aunt as both my nieces have each of them have a son each, one is called Mason and he's 2 and a half and the other is Alfie Antonio and he's 1 and a half. There is 8 months difference between their ages.

Sorry to hear about your thyroid and I hope that you won't have to undergo another op on the remaining side.

Quite a few have been unable to get back online when they changed everything around. I used to go on Facebook but I have not been on for other a year.

I am fine thanks, but I lost my father in 2006 and my mother is now in care home as she is very frail has had a stroke on Saturday morning but luckily the results came out clear and was released the same day and the last time she had a stroke was over a year ago and did not stay long about four or five days.

Kat im so sorry to learn of your dads passing may he rest in peace. Im sorry to hear your mams been poorly and is now in a care home. I pray she recovers to enjoy the rest of her time angel as for being a great aunt you must feel exactly how i do being a nan at 42 lol old but they are lovely to enjoy and yes my little alex is pure pure joy. I have her to babysit and we see her all the time. Its my son darrens little girl and she is just so sweet and looks the spitting image of him.

Now ive found my way back to here im going to keep popping in, this was the precidence for facebook and there is just something about this place that facebook hasnt quite captured yet although i do play their games etc and its nice to catch up with people new and old. You my dear friend will always be in my heart we go back such a long way and i wish you well and good health angel.

As for my thyroid i will fight it and cope as i do with everything as it comes its just one of those things kat lovely to catch up with you you stay safe and i wish your mom well please hug her from me. love and hugs Liz xxxxxxx

Sadly I haven't seem much of my grandnephews because they live a distance away. The youngest one Alfie has grown so much and he always has a smile. I used to babysit my nieces when they were babies and it was such an enjoyable experience. They are so adorable when they are babies.

Today I went to enquire about volunteering and training opportunities in Grays and hope it won't be long before I am on either an admin or IT course, and I also asked about going on a full first aid course (not the 1 day courses) and a full health and safety course as I have done them before and they took two weeks to do and on the first aid course I was quite good at bandaging.
