h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

 why oh why oh why do people never punctuate their h2g2 articles and things properly i mean its really hard to read and understand them when they dont and the same goes for emails when people miss out full stops like this one and colons like this one and line spaces like this one and commas like all these and things like that which makes mentally reading the article or email like reading the scrawl of an illiterate five year old i mean really

ho ho ho that is terribly funny and i am not being sarcastic for a change which is really quite staggering for anyone who knows me you are right about the thumbs although i always use my index finger for pressing the space bar

Thanks. I try. I've never heard of anyone using their index finger for the space bar, although, as an amateur guitarist, I've seen many people use their thumbs for fretting, and one person who never used their pinky for fretting.

I type at a reasonable speed, but taught typing to myself, and so am not very efficient. I hit the space bar with my right index finger because my keyboard is slightly to my right and so my left hand has more work to do, and so I compensate by delegating space-bar-pressing duties.
