This all sounds a bit racest and it wouldn't be allowed in the UK cause we have the race relations bill (an act of parliment)that makes these sort of statements illegal.

*smiles* ... There's nothing racisist about hillbillies.. We.. erm.. they come in all races, creeds, religions, etc... It's more a standing joke than anything, as no one really fits the description.
