Although this is written in the first person, it is experiential and invites the reader to imagine themselves in the same situation. Anything stated as fact has been checked and whilst opinions are also given, this is because the article is meant as part of a learning process and this aids persepctive.

It's an interesting tale, and I'm interested in hearing the rest of it.

Unfortunately, Peer Review is not the right place for it. The Edited Guide is only for factual Entries, not personal accounts. Have a look at the Writing-Guidelines.

You could look at submitting your series to <./>ThePost</.>, h2g2's very own newspaper, or to the <./>Underguide</.>, which has a focus on fictional Entries and personal accounts, just like yours.

While Vip is quite right to advise you that your piece doesn't fit the requirements for the Edited Guide, please don't go away or be discouraged. It is good material and can find a home elsewhere on the site. Vip has suggested <./>ThePost</.> and the <./>UnderGuide</.>; as a regular contributor to The Post myself, I'm naturally biased but either area of the site would be suitable. I've taken the liberty of pointing your submission out the Post's Editor, just in the (unlikely) case that she had missed it.

I have just looped around yet again, in an affort to remove my article from Peer Review and submit it to the Underguide (I have, I think, submitted it to The Post, by regular e-mail, but I don't know which place will want it). I am getting a lot of pages telling me why I should or shouldn't make submissions to various places, but cannot find a way to actually remove and submit. I may be internet-retarded or the navigation of this site may be tricky...

I don't believe the first half of this sentence, but the second half is definitely true.

Did you try to remove your article this way? I've never done it myself, so I don't know what happens. I'm sorry you are having problems.

If you can't, don't worry. It will get removed by the Eds in a while anyway (note to self: let the Eds know that this needs removing). I'm afraid I've never tried to remove anything either, so I don't know what hoops you have to jump through.

This site isn't the easiest to navigate, so don't worry! I'm just glad you're enthusiastic and want to contribute.
