h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

The light works, as I discovered as I rode home from the Wednesday class, in the rain. Interesting ride for addressing psychological demons, that one. I'm looking forward to some more night riding as the course goes on, although by the time we finish it it will almost be light at the time I get out of class, anyway.

The weather hasn't improved much since Wednesday (although it is now just overcast, rather than cold, wet and truly miserable), but the fact that I'm busy doing stuff has lightened my mood even so, until today. I'm not sure what has happened today, but the wheels fell off around lunchtime and I've found it hard to resume a positive outlook. Editing has been much more of a pain than it normally is, uninteresting emails keep stacking up, in spite of having a cupboard unusually full of food I can't find anything interesting to eat, and TV is incredibly boring.

The 10-minute meals article is proving to be of use. I'll try and pass a few copies - or addresses - around when the chance presents itself. In the meantime, I think it's time to finish off that batch, finally...!
