Uhm.. About your article on Bluebottle... and the jokes collection? Have you been to my page lately?
Check out the link on the front page 'need a laugh', then follow the links in the margin off -that- page.

Well, I have two options:
A) Do a write-up, for the second week in a row, on joke collections (although I must admit, I like yours better)
B) Let you and Bluebottle combine your efforts by linking to each other's pages.
I leave the choice to you.
And to answer your question, yes, I have been to your page lately, but I haven't exactly memorized it. Anyway, the kind of stuff that I usually advertise for on the Post is stuff that has a "Please Help" sort of message on the user's homepage. Unless I see that, or I get notified on my own age, I have no idea that the researcher needs input.

Well.. If you're looking for something to do a writeup on for 'needs input' I'd much rather have input on the Poetic License one (remember that one from the Fun Runs? ) as I seem to have quite enough 'input' for the jokes from outside sources (read: email spam ).

No, but I think that maybe if you posted this question as a new forum topic in Ask H2G2, you'd find someone who has.

Nope, nothing for you this week, I'm sorry to say. Since I gave up on that Collaborative Efforts column, I've become an infrequent researcher, only submitting stuff when an idea occurs to me that I think should be submitted. But a few weeks back, I was asked for my interests, because the Post was supposed to be reorganizing itself, and y'all wanted to know where I might fit into the picture. What, if anything, is to come of that?

Well... I have not been around much to do the Post for about 3 weeks, relocation and all that. Pastey has also been having quite a torrid time, so nothing ,as yet, has really been organised! I have had a long chat with Pastey this evening however, and we hope to get to grips with things soon. I haven't actually got my computer back up and running yet, and a lot of the work was locked up in it, so please forgive me if I appear a little vague. We still hope to apportion various aspects of the Post to different researchers, but... as you found with the Collaborative Efforts... it is proving quite hard to co-ordinate, especially with limited online time and no real face-to-face discussion.
Try not to be too upset by our apparent lack of interest in you. I can assure you that I have valued your contributions in the past and would like to get you more involved.
Maybe drop Pastey a line... and keep reminding me as well

No worries here, dude. I've found many ways to keep myself occupied since becoming less involved with the Post, and your visit here clearly demonstrates I'm wanted. I love you man!
