Seeing as you understand the true need in this world for pie i embrace you as a freind smiley - smiley i'm thinking of changing my name to pieĀ² but i'm not shure if it would except the symbol.

It's nice to meet you, I'm not sure about the change of name though! I'm glad there are other people out there who understand my problem with all the tourists, I know my town 'needs' them but damn, I don't.

but if you didn't have them what would you complain about

I suppose you're right, without tourists, I'd be left with only the thousands of old women that hang around to complain about, and boy are there a lot of them. . .but still. How's life wherever you are anyway? Do you have old people hanging around shopping precincts? Do they stop in the road and say things like "William, look at that, isn't that lovely? etc.

that sounds more like Hove than Brighton, in Henfield we keep our old folk inside where we can keep an eye on them, no not really. I know at least half of the people here, they're strange, actually now i think of it there are alot of old people here, arn't there everywhere?

I don't think there are that many old people in the world really. They just get everywhere. They come here in buses and stand around the town taking up valuable space. Locking them up doesn't work either, I used to work in an old folks home and they regularly went for walks and got themselves into all kinds of mischief. I've started to suspect that all the old people in the world come to Exmouth and get in my way, around the corner there aren't any, it's a conspiracy, Maybe I'm be over dramatic, but that's how it seems. I'll bet it's all the oldies from Brighton who come down to go charity shopping here every weekend. Trust me on this one, I've done a scientific experiment on the subject. No really. No, I'm joking.

when people get old in Brighton they move to hove, there used to be lots of old peoples homes in Henfield but one was closed and one got smaller, one got bigger i think they may be trying to group them together, so they can be easily eliminated, or perhapse not.

maybe in the future Hove will be one huge old peoples home. Old folk will flock from miles around, room will be sparse and they'll have granny fights at the gates, the place will spread and swallow the south coast. It'll be anarchy. But as you said, perhaps not.
