Cat-Eyes: No..... why.... ? Started conversation Jul 23, 2004
Quite a few things, and I'll type them as they come to me, in whatever person I feel like at the time.
1) How do you spell Edgel?
2) I don't know why I made that the title, I was thinking of one, and that popped into my head so I made it it...
3) the number thing is annoying.
So... I had a reason and stuff I was going to rant about in here... what were they... Damn it...
Oh, right, yeah.
So, today, I went home early with a migraine. Which sucks on so many levels. The most obvious being I had a migraine, which is failry self explanatory in it's suckiness.
The others include the fact I can't do any homework tonight which puts me WAY behind schedule. This is very annoying, cause it means i have to do ALL my homework tomorrow cause I have rehearsal Sunday. And tomorrow I'm not going to feel well, cause I had a migraine today.
I mean, usually not doing any homework on a Friday wouldn't be TOO bad, depending on what else I had that weekend. That's cause normally I only have homework I got on Thursday and Friday to do, or occassionally some spill-over from another day I couldn't do on the day I got it. But this week I don't have that luxury.
Sodit - went home from school at 4:30pm cause I'd had a meeting for performing arts
Wibble - went home normal time. Had to practice clarinet a lot
Wimpy - had band performance at lunch and then again that night. Finally got home to do homework at 9ish.
Thing - had band after school, so got home at 6:30pm. Did some work for scouts and had dinner, left for scouts at 7:15pm, got home at 10pm-ish. Did English homework.
POETS - (that's today, and today's situation is already up the top)
And to top it all off, I have HEAPS of maths homework cause I wasn't in class for my maths class since I had a theory lesson during it. So instead of having what everyone got for homework that night + the assignment we got the day after, I also have what we did in class that day. Not happy.
... What'd quite possibly sadder is I just ranted about my homework situation and my annoying work ethic for AGES.
I'm sick of this journal entry, also I still have to do more work for stuff for my green cord, and practice the clarinet and do all that homework...

Danielle feels like ranting about her week.
Monday - No school
Tuesday - First day of term, was too lazy to go to choir after school, so just was home instead
Wednesday - Spent the hole day at this maths thing which was good 'cause it meant she didn't have any classes so she wasn't given any homework
Thursday - Sick
Friday - Choir in the morning, missed period 3 and 4 'cause she was at the doctor, the other classes they did like no work.
It's been a good week.

What sort of wierdos have the start of their term in July?? Summer holidays, yeah!

Cat-Eyes: No..... why.... ? Posted Jul 23, 2004
The sort of weirdos that start their school year at the same time as their normal year, and their seasons are all round the right way to accomodate this.
We have 2 weeks in July for holidays between terms 2 and 3 (which is also the changeover for semesters) and Dani has 3 cause she goes to one of the private schools that rolls all their student-free days into an extra week at one of the holidays.
Also, while I think of it, since when were you subscribed to my journals?

Since I decided it was rude to let you chat on and on and on and on and on and on and on in my Journals and not reciprocate!

That was SOOOOO predictable. I hate it when movies end up like that...
When Mum kicked me off for 10mins which turned out to be an hour, I ended up watching this really lame movie Overboard and the ending's happening right now and it's so predictable and annoying and I know EXACTLY what she's about to do next.
Yep. Stage 1 happening now.
Yep, I knew that EXACT conversation...

Is it as predictable as a Meatloaf song?
Rocking beginning....
Soulful middle....
Triumphant ending!

Yeah, migraine's all good now. Back's killing me from vacuuming the entire house including carrying the heavy 'Vacuum of Doom' up 2 lots of stairs and then back down again. And then I practised the clarinet and I HATE BLACK GRANITE III!!!! IT'S SO HARD TO PLAY AND SOME BITS I CAN'T TIME WITHOUT THE REST OF THE BAND AND OTHER BITS I CAN'T PLAY FAST ENOUGH AND IT'S SO ANNOYING AND I'M SICK OF IT!!!
...Right, now that I've got that out...

I'm over it. As long as I don't have Andrew for clarinet this week, I should be all good. PLEASE let me have Ashley!!

Is that how her name is spelt? If so, it is spelt quite the odd.

Cat-Eyes: No..... why.... ? Posted Jul 24, 2004
Yeah, it's spelt the guys way but she's a girl. And she's an AWESOME teacher, as opposed to Andrew who's like a cardboard cut-out robot and makes you play things SOOO slow and when i had him on Wednsday he decided that we should play EVERY SINGLE SCALE I have... it was so boring. I got out of doing the appegios though

Playing Clarinet in a band. That's got to be right up there with lead guitarist hasn't it. Oh yes. Rock on.

You're an idiot. It's my school Senior Concert Band. I don't play the music I listen to, cause the music I listen doesn't come in clarinet parts. We're entering the Melbourne School Bands Festival in August.
I can't actually imagine any rock band EVER playing British Isles Suite...

Cat-Eyes: No..... why.... ? Posted Jul 24, 2004
I think the closest thing we've ever played to rock music would be Moondance. Mind you, a lot of the stuff we played last year sucked and was really easy, now we're playing much harder stuff Although it was hard at the time, we all just sucked. Actually, some of it was NEVER EVER hard. Like Something Stupid. That was easy from day one. All I ever did was move my index finger and take me thumb on and off. Pretty boring, actually. Now we play all this hard and really quite a bit cooler stuff. But it doesn't stop Black Granite III being evil. It sounds cool, and I can pla most of the first 137 bars. But after that, I'm screwed. Stupid music.
