Waiting Room

Sorry for not getting to this earlier, the convo didn't show up on my space for some reason smiley - doh

Anyway - to business; A two day (off peak) ticket this year costs £34. But the good thing is that you can usually obtain a BOGOF voucher, and share your good fortune with someone else. There's a link on the meet page taking you to Staffordshire tourism so you can order yours. If you're going at any time I recommend you drop them a mail, it's well worth it!

Camping is £6 per pitch at The Star Camping & Caravan Park, but they have gone all 'posh' on us & we're looking in to alternative places to stay. But I think this is still going to be the cheapest option & they are the closest to AT.

Food & Drinks inside Alton Towers is inflated as you'd expect at such a tourist trap, but I guess you can get by on about £10/day(smiley - huh?), or you could bring your own food though you then have to cart it with you. At least outside you have more choice. Then add on top of all that statutory drinks at the pub...

I know others have done it on a shoe string in the past, so get to it!smiley - cheers
