Remarkable similarity to M25 I agree. M25 man has the advantage of being able to go around in a complete circle, thereby enabling continuous practice.
Incomplete circles

Quite recently, a significant part of the M62 has become the M60 (along with the M66, M63 and other bits of M) to supposedly form a ring road round Manchester.
But the ring isn't complete yet, until the new bits of the M66 are finished.
So it doesn't really work.
But it does get people nicely confused - strangers with old road maps, locals with outdated knowledge of junction numbers, strangers with new road maps, locals with no road maps. And drivers with mobile phones...?
