so another day at work with no motivation whatsoever and the work piling up around me.

It would not be so bad if I could listen to my walkman then I would be able to shut out the terminal witterings of my colleagues! Today would be a Neil Diamond day - don't ask me why but I have turned into a huge Neil Diamond fan Its worrying I know but there you go.

Ah, the days of my youth. I remember listening to 'Hot August Night' oh, so many years ago. Still a great album.

Why can you not use your Walkman at work? Does your job require you to communicate with people all day long?
