Panya Mdogo spent most of last night asleep somewhere in my jumper - occasionally popping out to watch some of Brassed Off and to grab a few bites of apple. There is only one problem with this - his whiskers are about an inch long and very tickly and as they are going constantly I spent most of last night wriggling in blissful agony.
I think he thinks he is a sort of rodent Laurence Llewellyn Bowen cos every night I put his tank in order and every morning I get up and he has redesigned it completely. i think he has a small JCB that he uses for moving around the sawdust cos this morning's design was spectacular. Giving him loads of sawdust allows him to dig tunnels and build up stores of food around the tank - mostly within easy reach of his bed. He must have been a student in his last life!

Actually I have decided it is a bit more Groundforce so obviously he is Alan Titchmarsh!

Easier to pronounce than Panya Mdogo, yet somehow not as exotic!

And he does have a fondness for jumpers! Although Mr Titchmarsh strikes me as more of a cardigan man, but I could be wrong...

I know Alan Titchmarsh's old Uni room mate! Pretty cool, huh? He wears jumpers too y'know.

well you can tell him to tell Alan that my mouse loves jumpers - it has got so bad that I only have to put my arm in the tank and Panya Mdogo or Alan Titchmouse to his friends is up the sleeve like a rat up a drain pipe!

Have you any idea just how many h2g2 researchers have now decided that they want to be mice in their next life? And what's going on with these smilies? I'm scared.
