Hi my s
I have tried again - and again - and again- and still the wretched thing will not recognise me. I have now written to pheloxi and asked him if he can help and given him all my details. If not I shall have to wait until Zarquhon comes back and maybe she can come out and help an old duffer.
Getting more desperate by the minute - hope my heart does not conk out. What a way to go. Trying to get onto h2g2.!!
AR1 or 2 otherwise the wretched Researcher 238400

Hi Mrs. TJ,
Perhaps I should call myself AAR1 (anonymous also ran 1)
I shall paste up every number on my computer as Lady Scott suggests as soon as I get on. Actually phelosxi has got a marvellous system because all the United Friends have got their U numbers recorded in his wonderful file. He really is such an efficient person.
Are you boiling in NY? My son M. is salmon fishing with his two sons and his friend from HK in Alaska right at the moment. The sons of my cardiologist and my grandsons were at school together so when I told him where they were this morning he was most put out and said that he would give anything to be in Alaska at the moment!!.
Fortunately I think that the weather is changing so it is getting a bit cooler. I am absolutely astonished as to how I could possibly have taught in the boiling Central African sun for twenty one years. No wonder I am falling apart now!!.
Fondest my dear friend,
AAR1

It's been hot, but not too bad! Luckily the humidity dropped just as it got hot, so we're not dealing with heat *and* humidity!
Key: Complain about this post
