Its short and too the point. I like that.
You may want to put the bit about who coined the term TAZ first.
You should type out what MUD is even if you have linked to it. I don't what it means and don't have time to click on the link right now.
And one little mistake "general happy mutant" should be "generally happy mutant".

One more thing. Does such a thing as a Permanent Autonomous Zone exist?

Permanent Autonomous State sounds the normal state, maybe conciousness is the PAZ and dreams are the TAZ? It's a shame general happy mutant has to go; he sounds like a character from Star Trek.

Let's see...commentary. Although it is implied you might want to talk a bit more about anarchist sociology and the fact that this TAZ is a sociological rather than a legal conception. You could also do a point or two about the function of TAZ's and what role they play for those who participate in them.

I'd not come across Hakim Bey before this, and the link to him is interesting in itself.
You can't link to an unedited entry, so the link to the entry on Anarchism will have to go. Also the final link seems to be to a University page, and I can't see the relevance to 'happy mutant'.

Ignis appears to have left the building.
I propose moving this to the Flea Market.
