Right! So life isn't great.
So what to do about it?
So I've decided that a new regime starts today!!!
There. Said it. Aloud. Now to do it, with added conviction. 
A different, new lifestyle. I
've decided to have a weekend 
once a month to somewhere I've never been.
Do or try something new once a month, 
and have a day/evening out once a week, be it Theatre, Cinema, Gallery, Museum or just out with the camera.
I need a major perk-up and challenge to help with losing a few pounds / stone etc.
Can I do it? I'll know in a month's time.
So w/e after next is Manchester. 
Following weekend is a crash photography course, and also a 'London at night' course one evening within the next 3 weeks.
And yes, The Muppet movie is compulsory!!!
Suggestions that are legal and doable are welcome especially weekend ideas.

It's hard going out alone, I never do it. I am turning into a hermit. Thank god for h2g2 sometimes.

Try stopping me coming. I let myself down when I first joined, by not attending, and since then I've attended all London Meets, and all bar one Hull and German meet.
And as I 
with a stick, it is often easier going out by myself than in company. That way I don't slow anyone down, especially when I get tired.
Luckily my friends and fellow Hootizens, are either very accommodating or very polite, and walk at my pace, often ensuring that I'm ok.
It makes me feel honoured to have such fantastic friends. 
Coming up early Friday afternoon, and leaving mid afternoon Sunday. really looking forward to it.
