I just had a shower, and now I feel like I accidentally washed my vim right off. I'm sure that's not the effect showers are supposed to have.
I've had five general anaesthetics now, and the one thing I inevitably forget is that just because you've got sufficient strength back to sit on a sofa, drink tea, and knit, it doesn't mean you have the strength to stand for fifteen minutes, scrubbing away at yourself like a 1920's charwoman at a set of London front steps. OK, so I now smell nice and feel hygenic, but I am shaking like a leaf.
Idiot Agapanthus. This is why you were signed off work for a week.
Heigh ho. Needed doing. The shower, that is.

I'm glad you felt good enough to shower even tho you feel like
