Hey, I would imagine it'll be fun whichever college you're in. At least it's very close to the music department. It appears that the Uni have just finished building a massive new section, which they have taken at least a year to do...I wonder if you'll be in that section for anything. I have no idea what it is - halls, practice rooms?

Last two weeks! Have fun! Human Bio? There's an A-level in that? Or is it a GNVQ or another course? I did Bio, Chem, Phys, French, but no way was I going to do maths Very of you! Do biology, do biology! It's the best (only cos I do it). No seroiusly, if you have the choice, Life Sci isn't as "renouned" as Bio. Depends on what you want you want to doing the future I guess; but then I don't know what I want to do, even now! I'm in the second yr by the way, and going to France nxt yr and back to York in 4th yr. In education as long as poss so that I don't have to face real life

Well the way it looks at teh mo, i wnt get the grades to get to Mancs for Life Sci, so i'll be trundling to Aston. But if i do get to mancs im specifying in my second year to do Anatomy and Molecular Bio i think. Might change. hmmm

Wow, forward planning to the extreme! Sounds like it's all under control Anatomy sounds cool. Kind of Medic-y. I did Bio so that I could keep my subjects/topics as diverse as poss cos I enjoy loads of diff aspects of Science. Never ruling out the poss of specialising more in the future though, especially if I come across something that I reeelly want to spend lots of time studying/researching etc.

lol. So is it good doing bio??? Whats the best bit? (of bio, not uni) erm... scary thought... maybe some bizaare day in the future we'll end up working together and not know!!!!! hee hee. How are you?

Biology is great if you believe in science and like to base your knowledge around factual concepts. I'm sure you already know that though! It's a lot of work if you want to do well but very interesting, and there is no end of information out there: papers, research, researchers etc. which can be overwhelming at times, but never boring. Well, a topic can bore you of course, but that's the same with anything you aren't interested in. The best bit??? That't have to be the discovery part for me; finding out about something you didn't know even existed or was possible, and finding more info about something that interests you. But that's just me!

Well, hopefully we'll know, because we could go on H2G2 even if just for a few miutes in between travelling/working or whatever we do!!!

I've got an Ecological Sampling computer practical in 5 mins so I'd better get going...

Good (about the feeling good), hope everything is still cool. Stress'ed with work at the mo (and lingo screwed up in head due to tiredness, I talk weird when in strange mood ) but keeping on straight and narrowish.
