I was once in a film with Morgan Freeman (The Class of 1861). Although I was only a 'background artist' (extra) I did have an interesting talk with him. I suppose that gives me several degrees that I could claim if I wanted to.

The anti-ivory bill would cover rhino horn as well as ivory.

Fair dues, ivory-and-rhino-horn bill it is. A bowmaker (for stringed instruments) that I know uses ivory from woolly mammoths. He imports it from Siberia. Being extinct, the woolly mammoth is not endangered, so the trade is perfectly legal.
In the Natural History Museum in Dublin, the horn was removed from a stuffed rhino by staff a few years ago to prevent its theft. A22691469
