I used to live in hannover from 86-89 and I loved the city
I keep meaning to go back some day
has it changed much in 20 years?????

Yes, Hannover has changed / no it has´nt:
as someone said about Hannover (long time ago)

(i recognize the city: they make holes in the streets"
