A Conversation for Cures for Apathy
A small correction?
QueenBronners - Ferret Fanatic Started conversation Jul 18, 2003
Copied from the Entry:
"Depression is not something that will just go away. It is a disease and one that can be treated."
I'm not sure it's correct to say that depression is a disease. It might be better to say it is an "illness."
Just a small point, but it was the only thing I could spot in this Entry that might need changing.
Thanks
QB

actually, depression is called a disease. So is alcoholism, and bi-polar disorder. The definition of disease is pretty loose. This, of course, is the fault of psychologists.

Okay then, I stand corrected
Shows that I don't check any of the things that I correct.
My apologies,
