Out for the holidays! Thanksgiving gives me a week off school to delay my practice on non-procrastination. I'm desperately awaiting my orchid to send up a spike and am desperately avoiding reading my school book. My foot hurts and I think I'm going to go ingest a pot of sugar sprinkles. Red ones.

bah, humbug. The only non religious holidays we have only last for a day and they're usually in school holidays anyway.

teacher-in-service days, presidents day, mlk day, veterans day, ladidahladidah. we really dont have religious holidays...at least in name.

definitely finished with two chapters. i have completed my cover and two chapter summaries. each chapter is roughly 50 pages so i have 9 more to go. i will actually dig in and work on it tomorrow. i promise. i lie.

in short, folk, holidays are holidays even if they are evil, paganistic ones or happy, bubbly religious ones.
