I've been away for a while haven't I my little sub-ether sparkles?
Fear not though, or should that be Don't Panic (sic), for once more I return.
So where have I been? Well, working a fair bit. Okay, not working hard, but we can't change the habits of lifetimes overnight.
So, I'm working from home. Great, in some respects. I can get up when I want, usually just before the lasses in the office get into work. And I can knock off when I want, usually when the missus gets home from work. The thing is though, because I am at home, I've got a bed/couch/type/thing just at the other side of this attic, so the temptation every now and again to go lie down for half an hour and read a book is often too great. Then there's the aspect of having all my games and such here, and let's face it some games are a bit too adictive. But on the plus side, being able to relax and chill the brain out when needed reduces stress something amazing, so when I work, I get a heck of a lot more work done. The result is that even though I'm putting in odd hours, I'm getting more work done.
The missus has got a sort of promotion, she's now Second Illustrator at her work, which means that it the Head Illustrator isn't around, she takes over, and in cases like yesterday when the office manager wan't around either, she's the boss. Good eh?
So she's now lovely comfortable in her job and I'm in pretty much a dream job, just wish it was a bit more secure but I suppose we can't expect everything.

Cor! Yeah! I'll say you've been away for a while!! Blimey, I thought you weren't coming back!
Good to know the age old custom of laziness still precipitates throughout society. God bless the bed/couch/type/thing!

It's great! It's just a single bed, lengthways against the wall with a double bed headboard along the long side, then some big cushions at each end, and it's a sofa for reading, watching dvds, &c, put the cushions at one end and it's a bed! Very handy for those tims when I've just worked myself to sleepiness

Yes, I always find having a bed in the corner useful for Tims. And Pauls. Don't forget that Pauls!!

Sounds like a bad case of Henmania to me. Setting out your bed/couch/type/thing for any Tims in the neighbourhood.

Because you're currently online. Not all skins have them, but most do I think. It's just a touch so that you can see if the people you are chatting with are likely to make a reply.

Oooo, nice touch. Now why would people want to be replying to me? I just talk gibberish anyways.
You know I'm trying to think of a guide entry to write about my favourite things and it's all covered. Grrrrr. Ah well, gives me more time to chat

I managed to cover most of the alcohol subjects quite early on
I keep meaning to do a whole set of articles on Hadrians Wall, but never get around to it.
