pretty good, but you don't mention all the types of E.Coli - as well as ETEC there is STEC/EHEC, EPEC, EIEC, EAEC and DAEC. I think 6% for nosocomial septicaemia is too low.

This entry never claimed comprehensiveness. It is simple an entry aimed at the layman that shows E. coli has another side. You'd agree it has a pretty bad name amongst the general public...
