Never ever ever do self-diagnosis! My eye is really painful (am going to the doctors this afternoon) and I thought I'd see if I could work out what was wrong using an online self-diagnosis whatsit. It told me something like "This is a sight-threatening condition and you should consult a doctor immediately!!!!!"
