I actually don't like chocalate - well, maybe once or twice a year.
Cheese, butter, bread, wine - yes please! 
Well, whatever . . . so if I cut out all the foods I love then I will be able to lose weight. Hmmmm . . .

And a lot of what you fancy burns calories off very thoroughly! One of my more... erm.. eccentric friends decided she wanted to lose 5lbs within a week for some "do" she was going to... so she enlisted the help of her husband, and put him thru' his paces big time.
Upshot was, SHE lost half a stone... and HE was a very tired but happy man!
(Now thats the sort of diet I could quite enjoy, I think)

Shhh.. its this new diety thing I'm on - all fruit and veggies and 
food. I'll calm down in a few days, but in the meantime its all hoppity hoppity hoppity.....
I thought lettice was supposed to be soporific!
