My fiance introduced me to them... I think 'Surgery' is probably my favourite track... I haven't heard any of the stuff Jessicka has done since Jack Off Jill, is it any good do you know?

I love Surgery too! I think that, Vivica and Srawberry Gashes are my favourite from Clear Hearts Grey Flowers. I prefer that to the first album...
Jessicka's joined another band called Scarling but their stuff's only available in America at the moment.

Clear Hearts Grey Flowers is my prefered album too... Strawberry Gashes like so many of their songs are brilliantly written.

Better than I was yesterday... I added four burns to my left arm and one cut - staying at my mother's at the mo and she doesn't have any sharps about the place. I think it's the fact that I'm in the middle of changing antidepressants and currently have none in my system that urge to do myself harm is uite strrong when I get upset and distresed.

I haven't cut or burned for a while now... . I'm now on the maximum dose of my anti-depressant and an dose above the recomended maximum of an anti-psychotic. So it takes alot to trigger selfharm. My relationship with my fiancé is good and does me alot of good... also I'm making progress with my Behavioural Therapist. Also things are finally sliding into motion to get me into my own place.
