Im going to resit maths and looks like i'll be doing it for A2 now as well.... erg. I dont get to escape the evil maths teacher who hates me

Don't worry about the Maths. Retake it and get it under your belt. I know lots of people who are retaking modules.

I passed my 1st year at uni
In my A levels I got:
Maths: U lol (I hated it, i dropped it after a year)
Biology: C
Physics: D
ICT: B
Business Studies: B

My maths teacher hated me too, even with the help of the head of maths department it still damaged my results...
Think carefully about what you continue to A2 are you sure that maths is right for you?

GeNe i'd listen to Stealth darlin i dropped Maths after first year. General studies am pointless as most universitys don't look at it. Aston for instance didnt care that I had passed all 3 key skills they just wanted 260 points with a required C in Biology.
What uni/course u wanna do?? You still thinkin bout Biology at Aston??
If so drop the maths and carry on with stronger subjects as they don't specify u need a A level in Maths just that u got a C or above at GCSE (which i guess u have lol). I had to do a unit of maths in my 1st year of biology & environmental science and it wernt to bad

I like maths, just that my tutor is horrible. He destroys me. Ive complained though so i might not have him.... who knows. I might have to be self motivated... yuck.
Yeah still want to biology or genetics or biomedical science. My top three choices are Newcastle, Brum or Aston, so we'll see how it pans out....
