Where may I ask is this Belkadan situated?
On this map I have, Dubrillion is to the south-west of Helska and Sernpial is south-east.
Dantooine is south west to Dubrillion...
So where the force is Belkadan?!

Belkadan is East North East of Helska, but that's looking at a flat map of a 3D galaxy, so it doesn't actually help

there's the United Intergalactic Imperium, which is democratically governed empire, run by a well meaning imortal named His Divine Shadow. He has failed to opress his people in any way, shape, or form. We are rigidly religious zealots who feel anyone who does not worship our gods is an infidel and should be sacrificed to our gods. Any who use non-organic technology are heritics and should be sacrificed to our gods. The UII controls the galaxy promised to us by the gods and we will take it by force or the entirety of our race will die in the process.
All this being said, we would widely be considered to be the enemy, unless you were some kind of religious extremist (like us).
And I have no idea what you mean when you say that there are too many pages for the general plot to be understood. the heading "Progression of the war of galactic cleansing" should really give you a shrewd idea of how we are.

What a foolish notion

does that not say it? He says nothing anywhere about us being on the same side and we have 3 planets we have battled for in addition to the one that is being fought for now
