It is true the bar known as Brady's is one of the only decent watering holes in a town that is too english to be welsh and too welsh to be english. (There is also the King's Arms which is a decent place once you get over the carpet...you have to see it to believe it)
Brady's is friendly and usually there is someone there at any time of the day, more so now that they have started serving food, installed a pool table and kept the jukebox free of charge. I have spent many a day propping up the furniture !
