at about 7-30 on tuesday night

lightnening struck twice,

my lodger came in to tell me he as his own place, and will be leaving mine on monday,

he will be back over the next week, to collect things, ie the bike shed, stuff in the loft and so on.

but after eight years, i wont have to follow him around to make sure the dors are locked, the cooker turned off, wait when he cooks for the smoke detector to go off now and then.
-
he is/was my lodger, and grt nephew, a pain, but family, so i put up with him,
-
but im about to be my own man, and boss again, im getting old in the tooth, and need just to just do things my way. as they say"
-
i can decrease the bills,and close the top of the house down for now,
-

the diff after he,s gone is going to be even more than i thought,

the utility bills, from a call this morning i made, will go so far down, the company could be paying me lol. jim

Jim you will be able to let your hair down and not have to wash his dishes anymore. It's great new,

as most of the things in the house are his, in the kitchen, rooms, loft, utility room,

the house will be easyier to keep clean and tidy lol, and yes minus his pots and things jim

over the weekend my lodger got married, and will be leaving the house later tonight, to his own family one.
-
he will be back and forth for a week at least, but from tonight, it will be paece, no loud pc, no music, no doorbell that is mainly for him.

so tomz, i officially take him off the housing section, then the hosing group. ( rob as left the building) jim

so the has finally come for E.T. eh!

my house is now mine again, at 11-30 am i officially signed him of the housing records jim
