I'm still reasonably new here, & thought it'd be nice to pop in on a few of the recent arrivals - you know, just to say 'hello', 'welcome aboard'...maybe offer you a

? I have to confess, I've got kind of a soft spot for night nurses, stemming from a rather lengthly hospitalization years ago. As it turned out, I had the only TV on the ward, & a number of the nurses would congregate in my room to watch late night TV. And of course, as most hospital patients would, I appreciated the company, beyond visiting hours 
.

Thanks for the message.Like you I'm just finding my way around here. My next thing is to figure out how to use the Smilies as you all so cleverly do!!-So glad to be kindly thought of by a former patient. It's rare to get positive feed-back these days.

Just type smileys into the search window, or hover your mouse/cursor over a smiley...& it'll show a name, just type that, without spaces inside the arrows (these guys '<>')/
