funerals, there. you've had your warning. only read on if you must read this godawful drivel. ok, so you're still here. am feeling pretty morbid. went to nan phil's funeral this arvo, it was aunt dolly's last poets, and will be aunt doreens next wibble. not that happy a bunny.
had a bit of a trendy vicar at dolly's, but nan phil's was a more traditional service. can live quite happily if i don't see another herse for a while, but as things stand....
i apologise again for this wittering but i feel it has to be written (or said) or it is quite likely i will retreat up my own bottom in a fit of self pity. which is not pleasant to witness.
there, over and done with. from now on i will try to only disturb you with things that are happy and jolly.

The world is not an exclusively happy and jolly place, but the sun comes up aswell as going down. You are doind no one including yourself any favours by pretending otherwise. If I were you I would feel incredibly emotionally drained right now and one strategy for dealing with that is to take it easy for a while, this is reasonable recuperation, not slf pity(I never did like that phrase). However never forget there is a whole world that will still amaze you excite you and remind you of what you have always liked about life that you need and that world needs you too.
