I'd just like to point out that this regime of yoghurt for breakfast and salad for lunch is filling me with hate.
Plus, the fact that I then ingest a week's worth of calories in liquid form at weekend is probably rendering all this self-denial pointless.
I think this could be that "Drunkorexia" that all the kids are talking about.
