Here's a fotki link to new photos of my blue-and-white tin-glazed earthenware, in case anyone fancies some.

Time can not diminish them nor dishwasher fade.
Good stuff.

How kind. Ta, mate. But it is true, they are dishwasher-proof.
Just wait till you see the new stoneware photos I'm processing from yesterday's firing. Stunning colours.

very nice, Chai
The stag plate looks very like some of the old tiles (azulejos) here in Spain, showing stags, rabbits, etc.
Love the fish plates too.

Thanks Az,
As a matter of fact, the stag is one of the few that I actually drew from life, ( apart from the nudes and my cat, Chester, oh, and the pigs,) having stalked them on my stomach across the grass of the Phoenix Park here in Dublin. That was for a design for a dinner service for Recumbentman's brother and sister-in-law ( Pres. Mary Robinson,) the presidential abode being in the middle of Phoenix Park.
Meanwhile, here's a link to some stoneware pieces which came out of the kiln yesterday...very pleasing results, wonderful jun (opalescent) blues, which have nothing to do with adding a pigment like cobalt to the glaze.

Hi Chai
I will say nothing more flattering than how much (and yes I am quite capable of converting from Euros )?

Hi Math,
Sorry it took me so long to reply. Price depends on size, medium and complexity of design. Blue-and-white earthenware dinner plates, for example, cost between 25 and 30 euros ( excluding shipping ) for standard designs. If you wanted something specially painted for you, I can do almost anything ( though the fluidity of the tin glaze doesn't favour geometric patterns with lots of straight lines.)
Stoneware tends to be pricier, because the pieces are mainly once-off, and much costlier to produce.
But let me know the kind of thing you want, and we can discuss it.
Cheers,

PS, Math,
It just dawned on me that you might have just clicked on the link to the stoneware platters and the very big bowl. The platter are 250 euros each ( the gobbledygook was the fotki computer refusing to take an " for inches, but I've corrected that - why does that happen? - ditto round the titles.) The big bowl is not for sale at present, but would be about the same ( Why the same? Because the decoration of the bowl doesn't take nearly so much time as the drawings on the platters! Time's what you're paying for.)
At the moment one euro is .67 of a stg pound.
Cheers,

Hi Chai
Thanks for that. I suspected the prices would be in that range. I shall have to wait for the new year before I could contemplate investing in such a unique and beautiful service.
I shall watch your devloping range with interest.
Blessings,
