A hootoo discussion of the Rubensesque figure prompted me to post photos of some pastels from a few years ago. One of the models, Kate, was more than Rubensesque,( five feet nothing and shaped like the Venus of Willendorf) and another, Aoife, was pretty much the type. So here, in honour of the glories of the fuller figure, is a link to the drawings. (The other models, Susan and Anne, were less Rubensy, and Jenny was somewhere in between.)
