I use to add some natural brown cane sugar for the flavour and sometimes a bit of cinnamon, which gives the whole thing something special. smiley - biggrin

I've heared that the old Maya's (or Inca's ?!) did the whole thing with some chilli powder, but never found a recipe for that.

... btw a little warning, sometimes when I make myself a stronger hot chocholate and did not eat something before, I had problem with my stomach. I think the reason for that is the oil/fat in the cocao powder ...
