It's all ok just as long as you don't start worrying that you've forgotten what it is that you're meant to be worrying about in the first place.

I've done that. If you worry about worrying, could that be even more worrying than just worrying about nothing. SOoOoORrY I think I am having a panic attack or is it I am just worrying about having one.

i normaly worry about the fact that my worrys are senseless, normal and i have no write to care about them at all, also that the things i really should be worrying about i'm not, it's all very confusing really.

there is nothing whatsoever wrong with being a zombie, however i agree, thinking, in moderation, is sometimes a good idea, probably.

I am glad you agree - I was beginning to worry that I was thinking, and thinking I was worrying.
